Everspot LLC collects personally identifiable information when you register for an Everspot account or when you use Everspot products or services. Everspot may also receive personally identifiable information from its business partners.
When you register for an Everspot account, we ask for your email address, a password to authenticate your account, first name, date of birth, and gender.
Each time you log into the app, unless otherwise set by you, Everspot will collect your current location GPS coordinates. This automatic location setting can be changed by you in your profile settings so that your location can be fixed to one position of your choosing. In that case, Everspot will stop collecting your current location coordinates when you log into the app, unless you change the setting back to automatic.
We may also collect other personally identifiable information in the about sections of your profile, but only if you choose to write such information in these sections on your own accord.
Everspot uses personally identifiable information to fulfill your requests to use its products or services. We use your current location coordinates in order to present you options that are nearby. We use your email address and supplied password in order to authenticate your account and to solicit product offerings or other Everspot advertisements via email.
Everspot also collects user data each time you use the app in order to track usage of certain features, products, or services. Everspot uses these data for analytics in order to improve the features, products, or services to provide a better experience and to better serve you in future releases.
Protecting personally identifiable information about customers is very important to us. We share and disclose such information only as described below.
Everspot sends personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people: 1) when we have your consent to share the information; 2) when we need to share your information with third parties, such as banks and credit card processors, to provide products or services that you have requested; 3) in connection with products and services offered by Everspot business partners and/or companies who work on behalf of Everspot to provide a product or service to you; 4) it is appropriate to comply with law; 5) it is necessary to enforce or apply the terms and conditions; or 6) it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, or others, which may include the exchange of information with other organizations for fraud protection and/or risk reduction.
If Everspot is acquired, customer account information may be one of the transferred assets.
You may change your account information at any time in your profile settings, including any personally identifiable information.
You may also delete your account at any time in your profile settings. If you delete your account, all your personally identifiable information will be permanently deleted from our system.
You may also unsubscribe from any email newsletters by using the Unsubscribe button located at the bottom of any email sent by us.
We take information security very seriously. We store information gathered on secure third-party servers that offer protections.
All employees are trained on the importance of information security and how to handle personally identifiable information collected.
